The below scans show the categories/ flow carts for a website. These have been very useful in understanding and distinguishing which category should go where.
The opposite scan is from when I was in the initial design stages of the process, this was key for myself because I was able to visualise what the design would look like, a key when designing. I then took these sketches and showed them and discussed them with peers and tutors inorder to gain different peoples ideas about layout.
The below scan also shows some sketches and development, most of which relates and can be seen in my final design.
The below and right image shows technical information and notes taken during a lecture with Andy. This information was key when setting up the layout in photoshop.
The below scan shows a number of horizontal scroll websites, these have all been very influential to me during the design of my own website. I have also drawn a sketch of how I wanted the 'slash' sign to be used and how I wanted it to look when finished/ in situ. There are also some sketches of the logo, this again was before I designed the current logo. I have included these scans in order to show my thought process and development.
The below scan is from when I was deciding on what content to put into my website as categories. I took note of my peers categories and then used this information to enable me to figure out what I wanted to use.
